40 lbs!
As of today, I have lost 40 lbs. I can’t believe it. I’ve never lost that much EVER. And it is gone forever.
I am trying hard to keep my calories over 1000 a day. It is harder than it seems when you can’t eat much. I seem to lose better when I’m over 1000 than when I’m under. I really want to lose 50 lbs, which will put me under 300, by May 7th when I see Dr. M again.

My average intake
First, I’m down 35 lbs as of today.
I’m also down about 2 pants sizes. I say almost because the bigger size is big but the smaller size is just a tiny bit tight. Everything that I was wearing before surgery is practically falling off of me. I almost bought a shirt tonight but I wasn’t sure what size I needed and didn’t feel like trying them on. I haven’t lost much in the boob area so I don’t think I’ve gone down much on top, maybe one size. My shirts from this past winter are all baggy.
I track my food intake on an online calorie counter website (http://www.my-calorie-counter.com/). This is my average intake since I started tracking:
